In 2012, Wesley King, a native of the east side of Chicago living in Gary, Indiana, confronted a would-be burglar who attempted to break into his home while he slept in on his day from off work. That fateful event would end up being the catalyst to his own incarceration, a place in which he knew all too well and had vowed never to return to. But unfortunately, by allowing his emotions to dictate his thinking, Wesley found himself again in jail facing a mandatory sentence. With time on his hands and the endless battle of boredom, depression, and prison life, he utilized his time to observe, analyze, and evaluate his life of what he experienced and witnessed of others past and present. From his account, he gives a transparent documentation of untold true stories without blame, shame, guilt, or embarrassment, raw and unadulterated, as a means to enlighten, educate, and entertain people from all walks of life, near and abroad that when it comes to emotions, intelligence has nothing to do with it.
